Contractor’s responsibilities under Contract Condition 22 to

Parent Company Indemnities provided by NP Aerospace Limited dated
30,h March 2009 and Force Protection Inc dated 30,h
March 2009 to severally provide such resources and facilities
to enable the contractor duly to fulfil its obligations in the
contract.

For convenience, a copy of the
contract is attached.
